# SunEngine Licence

All rights to the SunEngine project code belong to the author of the project.

# Using SunEngine As-Is

  1. SunEngine is allowed to be used without payment for commercial and non-commercial projects, if the SunEngine code keep unchanged.

# Changing and updating code

  1. The developer is allowed to change and complement the SunEngine code in personal and private use (*), with the exceptions:
      2.1. It is forbidden to change the license.
      2.2. It is forbidden to change the banner, the transcript is in paragraph 3.

Updated code allowed to be used without payment for commercial and non-commercial projects.

(*) Personal and private use of the project means that the developer makes the project for himself or for the customer, without replication at open sources and/or without mass replication.

  1. On any changes of site footer block with "SunEngine" link have to stay:
    3.1. All link block have to be visible to site users.
    3.2. Code, look and placement of link block have to be unchanged.
    3.3. Link have to stay indexed by search engines.
  1. SunEngine and all related code can be shared in public only with author of SunEngine acceptance, and disallowed with out it.

# Rights to the code received in the project through commits, pull requests, or in other ways

  1. The author of the contribution to the code has the right to use his code at his discretion, without restrictions.
  2. A copy of the code received in the SunEngine repository is donated to the author of SunEngine and can be used by him at his discretion without restrictions.

# Disclaimer

  1. The SunEngine code provided as is without any warranty or obligation by SunEngine author or team.
  2. The SunEngine author and team is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences of SunEngine or it's code use including possible damage.
